Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum applies when a customer (“Controller”) uses SEO Final Boss to process personal data as part of website audits or monitoring activities.

For purposes of data protection laws:

• The Customer is the Data Controller
• SEO Final Boss acts as a Data Processor

We process personal data only on documented instructions from the Customer.

Processing may include:

• Crawling publicly accessible web pages
• Collecting technical metadata
• Storing audit results
• Monitoring changes to publicly accessible content

We do not intentionally collect special category data.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Access controls
• Infrastructure protections
• Rate limiting and abuse detection

We may use subprocessors for:

• Hosting and infrastructure
• Authentication
• Payment processing

Subprocessors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

We will reasonably assist customers in responding to data subject requests where applicable and technically feasible.

Upon account termination, customer data is deleted within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.

Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the customer’s country depending on infrastructure providers.
